Recreating memories & Nostalgia through authenticity, welcome to 2005scape/05x! We are a dedicated, non-profit 2005 server that focuses on a mindset similar to Lost City Project, with the goal of preservation and recreation of this specific timeline. This is a 349-revision-based game, which sets you at the date December 19th, 2005, with Devious Minds being the latest quest release. Our list of features, while not complete, is very vast for this timeline, unlike anything a 2005 game has accomplished yet. You can play on mobile, browser, OR the SwiftSwitch original game client revived by Akg himself. This server really nails the nostalgic 2004 feel with tons of small, authentic details. I'm enjoying my time here and hoping to snag a Santa hat eventually. Excited to see what updates come next!
This server perfectly captures the old-school 2004-2007 era mechanics I love. It's a true preservation server following a real timeline, but with added loot rolls on every monster and a punishing death mechanic. If you enjoy collecting items and building a great bank, this place is definitely worth checking out!
This server's death mechanics are intense, potentially costing half your bank based on level, but the unique NPC drops from an "everything table" keep things interesting. Plus, the 1:1 Lost City 2004 source means everything works perfectly, which is why I keep coming back daily.
