About the Server
Sanguine is an Old School RuneScape server with a real economy. It launched on Saturday 12 September 2026, so the economy is brand new - everybody started from nothing and nobody has a head start on you. There is a $100 giveaway running to 30 September: $50 drawn from everyone who votes, $50 from everyone who plays two hours. You enter by voting or by playing, not by joining. Your loot is worth what somebody will pay for it. The Grand Exchange is a genuine player-driven order book with matching and escrow, not a shop-price skin, and drop tables, death costs and item values all price off each other. Your kit costs nothing, so everything above it is earned: godswords, raids gear, best-in-slot, pets and cosmetics. The boss roster is native, not stubbed. The Inferno (waves 1 to 68 and TzKal-Zuk), the Chambers of Xeric, the Theatre of Blood, the Tombs of Amascut, Sol Heredit, Araxxor, Yama, the Doom of Mokhaiotl, the Corporeal Beast, all four God Wars generals, Nex, the Dagannoth Kings and all four Desert Treasure II bosses are built against the actual OSRS wiki mechanics rather than a simplified copy. Every skill is playable on the authentic 1-99 ladder, with a house to build and five game modes, all on a custom RuneLite client. The Wilderness is the premium lane rather than the whole game: blood money is the universal combat currency, every boss pays it and the wild pays more. Updates ship most days.

I love logging in and having tons of options right away. The custom boss is a highlight, and it's awesome that they've included most of the OSRS bosses too. This server stays interesting.
The client is really smooth and performs great. I haven't run into any issues at all with lag or anything. It looks pretty good too, very responsive.
I've only just started playing but this server seems really fun and engaging. It definitely needs more players to liven things up a bit more though.
Even though I just started playing, I'm already impressed with how they integrated Runelite and added useful plugins. It really enhances the whole experience!
This server has a lot to offer and I'm excited to dive in and learn everything it has to offer. I plan to grind hard here and discover all the content.
The rewards here are fantastic and feel very balanced. You don't have to grind forever to get something good, which is a huge plus. Everything feels earned and worthwhile.
Logging in at peak hours is amazing, the server is buzzing with activity and everything runs smoothly. You can jump right into the action without any delays.
This server is fantastic overall, but I've noticed a few of the teleportation mechanics could be more streamlined. It's a minor point though given how great everything else is!
This server really needs more cosmetic options, especially some cool new capes or maybe some unique armor sets for players to collect and show off.
This server has some interesting custom content mixed in with old-school RuneScape elements. It's a great blend that keeps things fresh and engaging. I'm really enjoying my time here!
