About the Server
Sanguine is an Old School RuneScape server with a real economy. It launched on Saturday 12 September 2026, so the economy is brand new - everybody started from nothing and nobody has a head start on you. There is a $100 giveaway running to 30 September: $50 drawn from everyone who votes, $50 from everyone who plays two hours. You enter by voting or by playing, not by joining. Your loot is worth what somebody will pay for it. The Grand Exchange is a genuine player-driven order book with matching and escrow, not a shop-price skin, and drop tables, death costs and item values all price off each other. Your kit costs nothing, so everything above it is earned: godswords, raids gear, best-in-slot, pets and cosmetics. The boss roster is native, not stubbed. The Inferno (waves 1 to 68 and TzKal-Zuk), the Chambers of Xeric, the Theatre of Blood, the Tombs of Amascut, Sol Heredit, Araxxor, Yama, the Doom of Mokhaiotl, the Corporeal Beast, all four God Wars generals, Nex, the Dagannoth Kings and all four Desert Treasure II bosses are built against the actual OSRS wiki mechanics rather than a simplified copy. Every skill is playable on the authentic 1-99 ladder, with a house to build and five game modes, all on a custom RuneLite client. The Wilderness is the premium lane rather than the whole game: blood money is the universal combat currency, every boss pays it and the wild pays more. Updates ship most days.

This server has a really good amount of content for every skill, I haven't found anything that feels lacking yet. Everything is well done and there's always something new to work on. I'm loving the variety.
This trading scene looks really promising and I'm excited to explore the player-to-player markets more as I continue playing here.
The in-game economy is solid and encourages engagement. More players would really make things even more dynamic and active, leading to even more opportunities.

This place has some really solid money-making methods. I found that focusing on high-level PvM and completing daily challenges racks up coins quickly. It's rewarding and keeps things interesting.
The endgame grind here is incredibly rewarding with plenty of challenging bosses and activities. It truly feels worth pushing for all the best gear and stats. You will not regret the time invested.
This place has a really active player base and the developers are constantly adding new content. It's a fantastic old-school experience that keeps getting better.
