This server has all the skills you need, and the PvP is working well. They've added custom bosses and skilling is easy, which makes leveling up bossing a breeze.
This 2009-based server has custom content and all skills function correctly. So far, it looks very promising and I'm excited to see more. It's been a solid experience and I'd recommend it.
